A bit about Barbara...Originally from the East Coast, Barbara White Daille now lives with her husband in the warm, sunny Southwest, where they love the dry heat and have taken up square dancing. From the time she was a toddler, Barbara found herself fascinated by those things her mom called "books." Once she learned the words between the covers held the magic of storytelling, she wanted to see her words in print so she could weave that magic spell for others. Although she grew up and took on jobs such as secretary, writing instructor, taxi driver, and insulation salesperson (don't ask!), she never lost sight of her desire to write and publish. After much hard work at her craft, her dream came true when she received "The Call" from Harlequin Books. Her first two novels appeared in their Harlequin American Romance line. Sarah and Tanner’s story, THE SHERIFF'S SON, hit the bookshelves in September 2006. Gabe and Marissa's story, COURT ME, COWBOY, followed shortly after in November 2006. She hopes you will enjoy reading her books and will find your own storytelling magic in them! |
